  1. Service Scope

    • EatMe provides home delivery of fresh produce  poultry within designated delivery areas in Egypt.

  2. Orders & Cancellations

    • Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

  3. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, phone number) and be available to receive their order at the agreed time.

    • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is accepted at delivery.

  4. Payment

    • Payments can be made via Electronic wallets, Instabay ,or cash on delivery.

    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • EatMeegy is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by customer unavailability, incorrect information, or force majeure events.

  6. Legal Compliance

    • These terms are governed by Egyptian law, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
